Public Notice: Records Destruction
Lockport Township High School District 205 has received approval to destroy certain district records in accordance with the Illinois Local Records Act. The destruction of these records is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
7/20/26: The LTHS Board of Education approved an E-Learning Plan in 2020 and State Law requires renewal of the plan every 3 years. LTHS used this e-Learning plan once in February 2022. The E-Learning Plan would allow for the District to use a day E-Learning in the event of an emergency, like a snowstorm or power outage, and the day would count towards our required attendance days for the year instead of adding extra days at the end of the school year. There will be a hearing on this topic at the start of the July 20, 2026, Board of Education meeting.
