World Language Honor Society
The French, German, Japanese, and Spanish Honor Societies are national organizations that select students of the highest caliber and recognize their dedication to the language and culture. The World Language Honor Society Induction Ceremony will take place on April 16, 2025.
In order to be inducted into any of the World Language Honor Societies, students must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 in their classes as well as a 3.5 GPA in their world language course. The students pledge to attend meetings and work within the society to increase further their understanding of their world language and grow culturally and charitably. Most importantly, students must possess a desire and passion to continue with their study of the language and culture in order to make meaningful contributions to our global society and increase cultural awareness for others.
