Class of 2029 Freshman Enrollment

LTHS Online Enrollment is NOW open through November 15th for current 8th-grade students.

  • If you do not have a current student enrolled at LTHS, proceed to New Student Online Enrollment. You will complete the Online Enrollment as a new family. You do NOT need an activation code if this is your first student in the district. This option applies if this is your first student to attend Lockport High School, or if you had a past LTHS graduate but no current LTHS students. Click the New Family Online Enrollment button, and select Incoming 9th grade 25-26 school year to begin.

  • If you have a current student at LTHS or Kelvin Grove District 91 and have a Campus Portal account, log in to your campus portal. Under the menu, click MORE, then click ONLINE ENROLLMENT and follow the steps to add a new student.

  • If you have a current student at LTHS but do not yet have a Campus Portal account, please fill out the form at www.lths.org/campusportal to get your activation code to create your account and follow Online Enrollment steps. Please allow 24-48 hours for a Technology Department representative to send you your Campus Portal account instructions.
NOTE: Activation codes are only available to parents of CURRENT high school students. If your 8th grader is your first child to enroll in LTHS, you do NOT need an activation code.

Every student must be enrolled through the Online Enrollment and you MUST upload the following documents:

  • Student’s certified, county issued birth certificate-we do not accept souvenir certificates from hospitals. If you cannot find your official birth certificate, please order another copy. We cannot process enrollments without the birth certificate.

  • Custody/Guardianship paperwork, if applicable (if the child is not residing with the parents listed on the birth certificate.)

NOTE: We are NOT requiring proof of residency at this time. Parents/guardians will upload those documents as part of the spring Annual Update. You will get a mailing in April with instructions on how to create your Campus Portal accounts and upload proofs of residency through the Annual Update.

PreACT Make-Up Test Information

Due to the PreACT electronic version not being offered on a weekend, the original make-up date of Saturday, October 26 cannot be accommodated. We will offer a paper version of the test for a make-up. ACT requires that to provide testing materials for a paper version, student names are needed as well as a shipping window of approximately 2 weeks. A new make-up testing date has been scheduled for Saturday, November 23, 2024. Start time of 8:00 AM. The process will be as follows:

  • Any student absent from our traditional sender schools will be contacted by an LTHS staff member to provide the make-up testing opportunity.

  • If the student would like to make-up the test, we will collect the basic demographic information of their name, sender school, gender, and birthday.

  • Any student from a non-traditional sender school will need to make contact with the LTHS Central Campus Guidance Office at (815) 588 - 8251 to collect the basic demographic information and verify the home address within the district boundaries.

All names will be collected and sent to ACT by the deadline of Friday, November 1, 2024, in order to allow time for ACT to print the necessary documents for testing.
