Dr. Robert McBride Jr., Superintendent

Dr. Robert McBride Jr.

Dr. Robert McBride Jr. has been an educator for over 30 years. He began his tenure at Lockport Township High School District 205 on July 1, 2019. Prior to serving as superintendent, Dr. McBride was the principal of Neuqua Valley High School for 11 years. He has served as principal of Glenbard East High School, English Department Chair at Oak Park and River Forest High School, and English teacher at Oak Park and River Forest High School.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University, a Masters of Education degree from Harvard University, and a Doctor of Education degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He served as a Fulbright Memorial Scholar in Japan, a Schoolteacher Fellow at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and a delegate as part of the College Board’s Caring Bridge program in China. Dr. McBride received the Terrel H. Bell Award for Outstanding Leadership from the United States Department of Education in 2017. In addition to his service to District 205, Dr. McBride is an adjunct faculty member at North Central College in the Department of Education.

Dr. McBride is married to Katie McBride, who is an elementary and early childhood educator. They have two children.

Dr. Lorie Cristofaro, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction

Dr. Lorie Cristofaro serves as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and has over 25 years of experience in Illinois public schools as a social studies teacher, department chair, and assistant principal of curriculum and instruction. She is active in many professional organizations and has been the co-chair of the Women in Educational Leadership Luncheon for several years.

Dr. Cristofaro is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and earned her Master of Science degree in Foundations of Education from Northern Illinois University. She received her doctorate from the University of St. Francis.

Dr. Cristofaro has enjoyed working in and serving the students and families of Lockport Township High School since 2019. She resides in Bolingbrook with her family.

Dr. John Greenan, Principal of East Campus

As of July 1, 2024, Dr. John Greenan is the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel. Prior to his current role, Dr. Greenan became the East Campus Principal on July 1, 2019. Dr. Greenan has served District 205 since 2002 in a number of significant roles: as a social studies teacher, boys basketball coach, Dean of students at both campuses, and Assistant Principal at East Campus.

Dr. Greenan earned his Bachelor's degree in History, Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, and Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Francis.

Ms. Stefanie Croix is the Director of Business Services at LTHS. Prior to her current position, Croix served as the assistant business manager since 2006. Prior to coming to LTHS, Croix served as an accounting manager at Matteson Elementary School District 162 and an administrative assistant for business services at Consolidated High School District 230.

Ms. Croix earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1996 and a Master of Science degree in Education from Northern Illinois University in 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received an Illinois Professional Educator License with Chief School Business Official endorsement. She also is a member of the Illinois Association of School Business Officials and the Legal Issues Professional Development Committee.

Matthew Dusterhoft, Director of Technology

Mr. Matthew Dusterhoft has served as the district's Director of Technology since 2005. Prior to LTHS, Mr. Dusterhoft was the Director of Technology for North Palos School District 205. He was elected to and served on the Board of Directors for Illinois Educational Technology Leaders.

Mr. Dusterhoft earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has also completed all the requirements to receive professional recognition as a Certified Educational Technology Leader through the Consortium of School Networking.

Dr. Angela Huntington, Director of Special Education

Dr. Angela Huntington serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services at LTHS. In this role, she is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of student services and programs. She also is the District's Foster Care Liason. Dr. Huntington previously served as LTHS' Director of Special Education, a transition specialist, a special education teacher, and Director of Special Services at Consolidated School District 230. In addition to her service to LTHS, Dr. Huntington is an adjunct faculty member at Concordia University Chicago in both the Educational Leadership and Special Education Departments.

Dr. Huntington earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Chicago State University. She obtained her Superintendent endorsement from Concordia University Chicago and completed her doctorate studies at Illinois State University.

When not working, Dr. Huntington enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Alex, and their two children and two dogs.

Jeannette Castillo, Director of Public Relations

Ms. Jeannette Castillo is a bilingual Emmy Award winning journalist. Prior to joining LTHS administrative team, Ms. Castillo served as a Graduate Recruiter at Saint Xavier University. Since 2009, Ms. Castillo served in different broadcast journalism roles in several news television stations in Chicago. In 2013, she served as the Vice President of the National Association for Hispanic Journalists of the Chicago Professional Chapter.

Ms. Castillo is a proud graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism and earned her Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University. Ms. Castillo is excited to serve and represent the LTHS community.

William Thompson, Director of Facilities Management

Mr. Thompson is the Director of Facilities Management, which makes him responsible for all LTHS buildings and grounds. Prior to LTHS, Mr. Thompson was the assistant chief engineer at Roosevelt University and owned/operated an A/C refrigeration company.

Mr. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration at Roosevelt University.

Dr. Kerri Green, Principal of Central Campus

Dr. Kerri Green was named Central Campus Principal in 2011. She joined District 205 in 1997 and has served the District in the following capacities prior to assuming the role of Principal: biology teacher, Science Department Chairperson, and Assistant Principal (East Campus). In her tenure, she has also coached volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis.

Dr. Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of St. Francis in 1997 and earned a Master of Arts in Educational Administration in 2000 from Governors State University. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Francis in 2018.

Dr. Jacqueline Johnson, Principal of East Campus

Dr. Jacqueline Johnson was selected as the new Principal of Lockport Township High School East Campus, replacing Dr. Greenan beginning the 2024-2025 school year. She is the first African-American woman to serve Lockport Township High School in this role. Dr. Johnson started her career as an English teacher at Bloom Trail High School in 2002. She worked in various roles for Community High School District 218, with roles from English teacher, Dean of Students, Curriculum Director, and Director of Equity and Articulation. In her tenure, she was a cheerleading coach and student council sponsor. Dr. Johnson earned her Bachelor's degree in English Education at Illinois State University in 2002, and her Master's degree from Concordia University in 2005. She received her Doctorate from the University of St. Francis in 2020. Dr. Johnson is married to Derek Johnson, who is a business educator. They have three children.
