Annual Update of Student Records

The Annual Update of Student Records is a requirement for all student families. The process will be open from May 1 - July 10, 2024. Families must have an existing Campus Portal account to complete the Annual Update of Student Records process. This Annual Update process is required for a student to attend Lockport Township High School. It must be completed by using a parent or guardian’s Campus Portal account. The Annual Update process cannot be completed from the student’s portal account.

If you, as a parent or guardian, do not have a Campus Portal account, you can request one by filling out the form at www.lths.org/campusportal. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact the Technology Office Help Desk at 815-588-8637.

The Annual Update of Student Records process includes:

  • Verifying Residency to attend LTHS

  • Confirming or Updating Emergency Contact Information

  • Reviewing and Possibly Paying School Fees

  • Uploading Medical Records (if applicable)

  • Verifying other required information annually

Fees: Registration fees for Lockport Township High School are $315 but a $10 discount is given to all families who pay the fee between May 1st and July 10th, making the discounted fee $305 per student. Registration fees are paid within the parent Campus Portal and can be found on the left-hand side of the screen. If the total due is $0 there are no school fees due at this time.* Students new to Lockport Township High School will also need to purchase a gym suit (shirt and shorts) and a heart rate monitor band. The 2024-2025 yearbook can also be purchased at this time. These items can be added to your cart in the Campus Portal by clicking the Optional Payments button at the bottom of the Fees screen.

Completing the Annual Update of Student Records process and paying your fees online will make your visit to Welcome Back Days in August much easier. If you do not complete the online Annual Update process by July 10, you will have to provide all the required documentation and records in person at Welcome Back Days this August.
